Through our Apprenticeship Program, we train and mentor the next generation of Hawaii’s roofing and construction professionals with hands-on jobsite experience.

You’ll earn while you learn — developing real skills in roofing, safety, and craftsmanship that can grow into a long-term career.

What You’ll Learn

Our apprenticeship focuses on real, hands-on skills, including:

  • Equipment handling & jobsite setup

  • Problem-solving on real projects

  • Working as part of a professional crew

  • Roofing fundamentals & safety training

  • Shingle, tile, and metal installation

  • Waterproofing & coating systems
